Stefanie Fernandez
Monmouth County Organizer
Hi, I’m Stefanie Fernandez, owner and organizer at What Goez Where Organizing and Design. I started my business back in 2011 to help busy people create order in their homes. I believe order in the home creates less stress and healthy family rhythms. We all crave a space to relax in and invite people into. No matter what stage of life you are in, your space can greatly affect your well being. I love helping my busy moms as well as the empty nesters that are left with a full home to clean out and make their own again. I also enjoy helping families create a system of organization in a new home after relocating. New Jersey born and raised, I appreciate the busy lifestyle we all have and love creating customized efficient processes of organization for each client I work with. I am the Organizer in the monmouth county area.
My team members are hand picked by me because of their kind, gentle attitude and passion for helping people declutter and create order customized to them. The What Goez Where Organizers are skilled and creative when it comes to spaces and where to store things. Our approach is unique because we know every household and family is different. We will meet you exactly where you are at without judgement.

Julia Lucivero
Morris & Union County Organizer
I'm a life long resident of Morris County with 2 adult children, so I know how much stuff comes in and out with kids of all ages. I love to organize, unpack, declutter, travel and read. Before being a stay at home Mom (and all the volunteering that comes with that), I had a background in production and marketing for magazines, real estate, restaurant menus and promotions. I am married to my college sweetheart, who is a retired member of Law Enforcement. I currently also do office work for a small, local business part time.

Karen Liang
Monmouth County Organizer
I have a love for transformation. I enjoy working with people, coming up with solutions, and creating an environment where people feel comfort and joy to be in. My favorite part of my job is seeing the reaction and satisfaction of my clients when they see transformations they didn’t think were once possible. Organizing and designing comes naturally to me. And with my certification in Feng Shui Interior Design from New York Institute of Art and Design, I developed an even greater understanding of decluttering and placement. My methods include ways to make things visually appealing, easily accessible, and practical for everyday use by understanding my client's goal, routine, lifestyle, and personal aesthetic. Some of my favorite spaces to work on are closets, children's playrooms, home offices, and family rooms. I look forward to transforming your home to a dream home you proudly call YOURS.

Ariana Sosa
Monmouth and Middlesex County Organizer
I like providing clients with the comfort of knowing they don't have to tackle clutter, or other problems alone. No one should ever feel stranded, or like there aren't any people or resources out there to help them. Knowing first-hand what that feels like, I do everything in my power to help my clients, whether that be doing research to find the right homes for their unwanted items, or dropping off donations for them at Goodwill. Living as a single woman while working two jobs and maintaining a house has made me resourceful, savvy, and the ultimate multi-tasker able to persevere through any job or situation. Nine times out of ten I find that clients already have what they need to stay organized, and my greatest strength is finding those items and putting a system in place. While it's true we are organizers first and foremost, we are also friends and confidants, and I deliver nothing short of professional service with a personable approach.

Allison Kelly
Essex and Hudson County Organizer
I’ve always had a passion for creating uncluttered and functional spaces and have a creative approach for finding storage solutions. I enjoy working with clients to understand their modus operandi in order to create an environment that brings efficiency into their lives, while being aesthetically-pleasing and easy to maintain. I guide clients in decisions about purging excess stuff by letting go of what no longer serves them. The end result of decluttering is greater peace of mind. My home organizing skills were honed during my 34-year career in the pharmaceutical industry while raising my 2 children. After retiring early, I was fortunate to find my dream job doing what I love! The satisfaction of turning clients’ overwhelming projects into manageable solutions is the best reward.
When I’m not organizing, you’ll find at the beach or traveling, with the goal of visiting all 50 states and at least 30 countries in the next few years (only 19 states and 4 countries to go!)
